法学实践教学与理论教学是不可分割的两个方面,传统的法学教育过分注重理论教学,而忽视实践教学,造成了法学教育与法律职业的脱节。因此,应从培养模式、教学形式和内容、师资力量等方面进行改革,以培养创新型法律人才。

The theory and practical teaching axe two inseparable aspects of legal education, the traditional legal education places too much emphasis on the theory teaching and neglects practical teaching, and it resulted in legal education out of touch with legal profession. For that reason, our legal education must be reformed from training mode, teaching method and contents, and teaching forces, to cultivate the innovative legal talents.
