益气养阴法治疗肿瘤的基础与临床研究

气阴两虚是恶性肿瘤发病及发展的基本病机之一,益气养阴是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗原则。实验和临床基础研究表明,益气养阴法能通过直接的细胞毒作用、改善细胞免疫状态、调整细胞黏附分子水平、抑制肿瘤血管生成等途径抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖与转移。临床研究也证实,益气养阴方药具有放化疗增效减副及抑制肿瘤转移的作用。进一步系统性地开展肿瘤领域益气养阴法的基础与临床研究有重要价值。

Qi-yin asthenia is one of the basic pathogenesis on invasion and development of malignant tumor,supplementing qi and nourishing yin is the main treatment principle of the malignant tumor.Experiment and clinical groundwork research indicate supplementing qi and nourishing yin can restrain enhancement and metastasis of tumor cell by the path that immediate cell toxic action,cameliorate ellular immunity,modulate level of cellular adhesion molecule,restrain tumor vascularization.clinical research also confirm supplementing qi and nourishing yin formula have chemoradiation synergia and decrease side-effect and restrain effect of neoplasm metastasis.It is very worth that further research systematicly groundwork and clinc of supplementing qi and nourishing yin on tumor.
