Analyzing Curative Effect of Two Techniques on Treating Old Age Femoral Neck Fractures

目的:比较AO空心加压螺纹钉内固定与人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:将105例55岁以上股骨颈骨折患者分为两组,分别行AO空心加压螺纹钉内固定与人工全髋关节置换术,术后随访8-42个月,平均30.2个月。结果:根据患者主诉、关节功能及X线所见评定疗效。内固定组优良率70%,全髋置换组86%。全髋置换组总体疗效好于内固定组。结论:AO空心加压螺纹钉内固定与人工全髋关节置换都是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的有效方法,两者各有不同的适应症。在技术力量和患者经济状况及全身情况许可的条件下,施行人工关节置换术可取得更优良的临床效果。

Objective：To compare curative effect of AO hollow compression screw thread nail internal fixation with total hip replacement（THR） to treat old age femoral neck fractures .Methods：105 cases of 55 years above of femoral neck fractures were divided two groups adopted AO hollow compression screw thread nail internal fixation with THR,after operation followed up from 8months to 42 months,average 30.2 months.Results：curative effect was assessment according to patient chief complaint,joint function and X ray finding.Internal fixation group fineness rate is 70% ,THR group is 86% .The curative effect of THR group is better than internal fixation group .Conclusion：AO hollow compression screw thread nail internal fixation with THR is the effective method to treat old age femoral neck fractures.There was different indication.There was more superior clinical effect on prosthetic replacement for joint in technical force and patient economic status and total body information premised.
