手术内固定配合中药熏洗治疗Pilon骨折38例

Treating 38 Cases of Pilon Bone Fracture in Operation Internal Fixation with Fumigate and Wash of the Chinese Medicine

目的:总结手术切开复位内固定配合中药熏洗治疗胫骨Pilon骨折38例的手术时机、手术方法及其疗效。方法:腓骨固定方式:30例合并腓骨骨折者A01/3管状钢板固定;胫骨固定方式:18例(Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型骨折)采用解剖钢板固定,20例(Ⅱ型或Ⅲ型骨折)采用解剖钢板结合螺钉固定。术后应用中药熏洗,指导功能锻炼。结果:骨折愈合时间平均11周,优良率97.4%。结论:选择正确手术时机,灵活选择解剖钢板及螺钉有效固定,配合中药熏洗,是治疗Pilon骨折的首选方法。

Objective：To summarize operation opportunity and operation method and curative effect of tibia Pilon fractures treating with open reduction and internal fixation with the traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing.Methods：to summarize 38 cases on open reduction and internal fixation with the traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing from 2001 year 2month to 2007 year 8month.Fibula immobilization manner：30 cases combined fibula fracture A01 /3 tubular shape plate immobilization;tibia immobilization manner：18 cases（Ⅰ,Ⅱfractures） adopted dissection plate immobilization,20 cases（Ⅱ,Ⅲfractures） adopted dissection plate with bolt immobilization.After operation making use of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing,directing functional exercise.Results：32 cases were very good ,5cases were good,1cases was middle,fineness rate was 97.4% .Conclusion：treating Pilon prefer method is choosing correct operation opportunity,agility choosing dissection plate and bolt effective immobilization.
