抗真菌苗药对白色念珠菌株的体外抑菌试验观察

The Observison of the Exosomatic Bacteriostasis Experiment of Antimycotic Drugs of Miao to Blastomyces Albicans

目的:了解白色念珠菌特别是耐氟康唑的白色念珠菌对抗真菌苗药的敏感性,为耐药菌株的治疗寻找新的途径。方法:采用管碟法使用抗真菌苗药的含药血清进行两种菌株的体外抑菌试验。结果:两种白色念珠菌菌株的抑菌试验表明:含药血清抑制耐氟康唑的白色念珠菌株与对氟康唑敏感的白色念珠菌没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用抗真菌苗药含药血清对耐氟康唑的白色念珠菌菌株及对氟康唑敏感的白色念珠菌菌株进行体外抑菌试验,均表现出较明显的抑菌作用,抗真菌苗药对耐氟康唑的白色念珠菌抑菌作用与对氟康唑敏感的白色念珠菌抑菌作用没有显著差异(P>0.05),对于临床分离出的耐氟康唑的白色念珠菌可以考虑使用苗药,为拓宽中药制剂的用药范围,减轻耐药菌株的药物压力奠定了一定基础。

Objective：To observe the sensibility of antimycotic drug of Miao to Blastomyces albicans especial beard fluconazol,and find a new method of treatment.Methods：Used the blood serum that contain antimycotic drug of Miao to do exosomatic bacteriostasis experiment in cup-plate method.Results：Two eperiment manifested：The bacteriostatic action of two eperiments had no abivous difference（P 0.05）.Conclusions：Two eperiment both got abvious bacteriostatic action and no abvious difference（P 0.05）,we can consider to use Miaoyao in treatment of Blastomyces albicans beard fluconazol isolated in clinic,it wided the scope of medication and Laied certain foundation for decreasing the pharmacal pressure of drug resistant strain.
