红藤煎保留灌肠加腹部微波治疗卵巢囊肿临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Retention Enema Combined with Abdomen Microwave Therapy in Hongteng Decoction on Ovarian Cyst

目的:探讨卵巢囊肿的临床有效治疗方法。方法:对我院2007年4月-2008年10月经B超确诊的50例患者,应用红藤煎保留灌肠辅以腹部微波治疗。10d为一个疗程,共用1-3个疗程。结果:治愈32例,好转15例,无效3例,有效率为94%。结论:临床治疗卵巢囊肿,红藤煎保留灌肠辅以腹部微波效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the effective therapeutic method to cure ovarian cyst.Methods：Using Hongteng Decoction Retention enema combined with abdomen Microwave therapy to cure 50 cases of ovarian cyst who were diagnosed during April.2008 to October.2008 in our hospital.Ten day as a Course of treatment,and that totally had costed 1 to 3 Course of treatment.Results：32 cases were cured,15 cases were improved,3 cases were Inefficiency.The total effective ratio was 94% .Conclusion：The clinical effect of using Hongteng Decoction Retention enema combined with abdomen Microwave therapy to cure Ovarian cyst was remarkable,and that was worthy to extend in clinical.
