腔内超声在先天性阴道斜隔综合征中的应用

The application of endosonography in congenital oblique vaginal septum syndrome

目的探讨经腔内超声在诊断先天性阴道斜隔综合征(OVSS)的应用价值,以提高超声诊断准确性,指导临床采取正确手术方式。方法回顾分析18例OVSS声像图特点及临床特征,总结该病的声像图要点。结果所有患者均有双子宫、双宫颈,右侧阴道斜隔12例,左侧阴道斜隔6例,18例均伴有斜隔侧肾缺如。经腔内超声根据其特异声像图,术前均能明确诊断。结论腔内超声可作为OVSS的首选而可靠的影像学方法。

Objective：We discuss the application value of endosonography in diagnosis of Oblique Vaginal Septum Syndrome （OVSS）,then improve the ultrasound diagnosis accuracy and guide clinical docter the choice of operation style.Methods： We analysis the ultrasonographic features and clinical characters,then concluse the ulstrasound key characters of OVSS in 18 OVSS patients.Results：All patients are double uterus,double cervix;12 patients are right oblique vaginal septum,6 patients are left oblique vaginal septum;all patients are absence of renal in the oblique vaginal septum lateral.We analysis Specific ultrasonographic features of OVSS by endoluminal ultrasound and can be clear diagnosis before operation.Conlusion： Endosonography can be used as the preferred and reliable imaging method in OVSS.
