可吸收肋骨钉内固定术治疗外伤致胸廓畸形36例临床分析

摘要 目的讨论外伤致胸廓畸形可吸收肋骨钉内固定术的手术指征、手术方法。方法对325例肋骨骨折中36例胸廓畸形患者用可吸收肋骨钉内固定,肋骨骨折数2-9根,其中24例胸廓塌陷,9例同时伴连枷胸,手术在全麻下进行。结果术后胸壁稳定,胸廓塌陷畸形接近矫正,疼痛明显减轻,疗效满意。结论外伤致胸廓畸形应行内固定治疗,胸廓畸形患者肋骨骨折多错位明显,多引起相对严重的并发症(剧烈疼痛、连枷胸、中等量以上的血胸等),用肋骨钉对部分肋骨骨折进行复位固定是较有效的方法。 Objective To discuss relevant indications and approaches of the internal fixation in the treatment of chest deformity caused by trauma with absorbable rib - connecting - pins. Methods Among 325 rib fracture eases, 36 eases of chest deformity by trauma was managed by internal fixation with absorbable rib - connecting - pins, of which the number of rib fracture is 2 to 9 and 9 flail chest eases in 24 cases with collaps of chest. Results All the chest deformity were nearly retrieved and satisfied effect was achieved. Conclusion Chest deformity caused by trauma should be treated with internal fixation. Most of the rib fracures are malposition, and have severe complication. It is effective to treat some important rib -fracture with absorbable rib- connecting -pins.
