CpG ODN在治疗呼吸道变应性疾病中的研究进展
摘要
CpG ODN(CpG寡聚脱氧核苷酸)是近年来的研究热点,它通过激活多种免疫效应细胞发挥免疫刺激作用。动物模型和临床试验显示其在治疗呼吸道变应性疾病中有着良好的应用前景。
