Several Important Ways to Solve the Problems of Cadre Studying Style

当前在干部教育培训中,学风建设的主流是好的,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,如肤浅、脱离实际、做秀等。要解决这些问题,干部教育培训机构必须根据马克思主义学风要求,进行教学改革与创新;必须严格学员管理,找准学风建设的关键环节和薄弱环节;必须加强校园文化建设,为学风建设创造良好的环境。

In the current cadres training,the mainstream of the studying style is good,but there are some issues which can not be ignored. To solve this problems,Cadre training institutions must conduct teaching reform and innovation which based on the Marxist studying style requirements;supervise the trainees Strictly; identify the key and weaknesses of the studying style; strengthen the construction of campus culture,create a good environment for studying style.
