摘要
微波基本物理量的测量及传输特性是近代物理实验中非常重要的一个内容,首次将电磁设计软件Ansoft HFSS与微波实验相结合,进行了相关微波元器件的仿真研究,为高校的物理实验改革和研究提出了一条新思路。介绍了基于HFSS开发的微波虚拟实验系统的构想来源、理论依据、基本结构功能、实现手段和所达到的效果,并分析了运用软件仿真进行微波虚拟实验的优越性。
Microwave measurements of basic physical parameters and propagation characteristics is very important in modern physics experiment,we combined Ansoft HFSS and microwave experiment firstly. The simulation study of microwave components which may supply a new idea of the University's physics experiments was made. In the article,we mainly introduced the research in theoretical basis,basic structure and function,the realization means and effect. In the end,the superiority of microwave virtual experiments was analyzed.
