作为重庆会展行业的现行传统管理模式,"政府市场结合型模式"为重庆会展行业的发展奠定了坚实基础;但是,该模式存在政府在会展行业发展过程中定位不合理、行业协会自身作用发挥不明显、会展企业"主体意识"不强等不足之处。因此,建立政府部门、行业协会、会展企业"三位一体"的会展行业管理模式,不仅非常必要,而且有利于提早将重庆建设成为"长江上游的会展之都"。
