A Reflection on Establishment of the Community College in RTV University

依托广播电视大学创办社区大学是创建学习型社会、构建终身教育体系的重要举措,也是提高社区居民综合素质的迫切需求。广播电视大学拥有充分的教育资源。在政府的支持下,依托电大建立社区大学是完全可行的。社区大学是新事物,在创办实践中遇到许多困难需要解决。

Relying on RTV University to establish community college is an important measure to build a learning society and life-long learning system. It is also an urgent need to improve the overall quality of community residents. RTV University has sufficient educational resources, it is feasible to establish the community college in RTV University under the support of the governments, though there are many difficulties. The paper is concluded with some suggestions to the problems.
