Adapting to the Teaching Reform and Clarifying the Teaching and Studying Relationship

为了不断适应教学改革的需要，进一步提高教学质量，彻底理清“教”与“学”的关系，不断更新观念，增强教学效果，本文从教学实践和哲学的角度分析了教与学的关系，并对当前的“教为主导、学为主体”观点进行了分析，进而提出了“师生皆为主体，教员要主导，学员要主动”的观点。

In order to meet the needs of teaching reform continually, improve teaching quality, clarify the relationship of teaching and studying thoroughly, renew ideas continually, enhance teaching result, the paper analyses the relationship from the teaching practice and philosophy angle. The idea that ＂ teaching is leading and studying is the main part＂ is also analyzed, thus the opinion ＂instructors and cadets are both the main part, the former should be the leading and the latter take the initiative＇! is put forward.
