摘要
采用显式动力学中的接触、侵蚀有限元分析方法,对PDC钻头的单齿工作参数变化进行了仿真。当绕钻头中心轴线旋转的单粒PDC切削齿在切削深度为2mm时,研究了具有不同前倾角、侧倾角破岩时切削齿的受力分布及岩石破碎情况。仿真结果较真实地表明了单粒PDC切削齿应力分布、接触压力分布随钻头破岩过程的动态变化情况,为PDC钻头的设计提供了有效的依据。
Based on FEA methods of contact and erosion in explicit nonlinear dynamics, changes of the working parameters of the single tooth on PDC bit are simulated. When the single tooth's cutting depth is 2 mm with the bit rotating round the axis, they are studied force distributions and rock-broken conditions of the tooth with different front angles and banking angles. The simulation results actually indicate the stress distribution and the contaeting pressure distribution of the single PDC tooth change with the bit's dynamic changes during it is breaking rocks, which provides the effective basis for the optimal design of PDC bits.
