日本“家族经营协议”的内容与模式分析(英文)

Content of “Household Management Agreement" in Japan and Its Model Analysis

“家族经营协议”在日本农业经济中已经越来越被重视和推广。“家族经营协议”是指在日本农业经济中，为培育法人经营，确保务农事业后继有人，确立家族务农者的法律地位而形成的一种民法。它的中心目标是把农业作为一种职业，让人们自由选择。同时，“家族经营协议”以法律形式确定劳动力在生产经营中的重要作用，也给日本农业经济带来了新的生命力，很值得中国学习借鉴。

In this paper, “household management agreement” in Japan was analyzed. The “houehold management agreement' is a civil law that is formed to train legal management person in order to ensure the new generations to engage in agriculture production and establish the position in law for farm householder. It aimed to make agriculture as a kind of career for people to select. Meanwhile it defined the importance of laboring force in produce management in law, which also bring new vitality to Japanese agricultural economy. It worth studying for China.
