摘要
针对煤矿用刮板输送机中部槽中板磨损严重的情况,提出了一种新的提高中部槽中板耐磨性的方法——3Crl3粉芯丝材的热喷涂法。此方法经实践检验行之有效,可增强中板的耐磨性,大幅度提高刮板输送机中部槽的使用寿命。
Aimed at the serious abrasion of the middle plate in the middle trough of the scraper conveyor, this paper proposes a new method to improve the plate＇s abrasive resistance, which is actually a thermal spraying with 3Crl3 cored wire. This method is effective through the practice, can improve the plate＇s abrasive resistance, and prolong the service life of the middle trough greatly.
