钢制膜板式货厢的底板动态性能分析

Analysis of dynamic performance of baseboards under the steel diaphragm containers

摘要 新型钢制膜板式底板货箱比传统货箱具有更高的强度、抗冲击性及耐磨性,当货箱底板损坏后能够快速更换。笔者分析研究了这种新型货箱的特点,并将其结构应用到45t矿用车货箱的设计中,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA分别对膜板式底板以及传统形式的底板进行了抗冲击性分析,研究了膜板曲率变化对货箱抗冲击性的影响。结果表明:膜板式货箱质量更加轻便,其柔性结构增强了抗冲击性;同时,给出了合理的膜板曲率参数,为膜板式底板货箱设计提供了理论依据。 Compared with the conventional container, the new steel diaphragm container has better strength, shock resistance, and abrasive resistance, and also the baseboard can be replaced quickly when it is damaged. This paper mainly analyzes this new container, applies its structure to the container design of 45t dump truck, carries out analysis of the shock resistance of the diaphragm baseboard and the traditional by ANSYS/LS- D YNA software, and finally studies effects of the diaphragm curved transition on shock resistance of containers. The results show that the diaphragm container is much lighter and its flexible structure strengthens its shock resistance; meanwhile, this paper also gives the reasonable parameters of the diaphragm curvature to provide a theoretical basis for design of the steel diaphragm container.
