摘要 通过对矿山提升机运行原理和实际工况的深入分析,提出了实时监测系统的总体设计方案,对系统功能进行了划分,确定了软件的开发环境和开发工具,并提出了基于虚拟仪器的设计思想,以图形化开发平台LabVIEW为技术核心,设计开发了基于虚拟仪器的矿井提升机监测系统。该系统采用模块的思想进行编写,实现了数据采集、处理、显示及主态量的监测等功能;并在LabVIEW环境下使用MATLAB中的BP人工神经网络工具箱进行故障分析。 The paper analyzes the hoist system operation principle and performances of actual work status, puts forward the general design scheme of real-time monitoring system, makes preliminary division on system functions, and establishes the development environment and development tools of software. And the paper researches the monitoring system bases on virtual instrument design method, takes LabVIEW, the graphical development platform, as technical core to of hoist system based on virtual instrument. The system adopts the idea of modularization, realizes the function of the hoist monitoring system on data collection, disposal, display and main state monitoring and so on. Also makes use of BP Neural Network which is included in MATLAB to realize failure diagnosis under Lab VIEW environment.
