基于MATLAB的大振幅共振式电振机优化设计

摘要 依据电振机在机电共振状态下实现大振幅运行时必需的电磁关系,详细分析了试验样机的结构参数,并以制造和运行成本最小为设计原则构建目标函数,利用MATLAB软件对大振幅电振机在共振状态下的结构参数和运行参数进行优化设计,确定了以较小电磁激振力产生较大振幅电振机的最优结构参数。这为在机电共振状态下的电磁振动机械结构设计提供了一种有效方法。 In this paper, according to the electromagnetic relation needed the electric vibrator while realizing the large amplitude in the electromechanical resonance state, the structural parameters of the experimental prototype are analyzed in detail, the objective function based on the minimum producing-and-running cost is constructed, then the optimization design of the structural parameters and the operation parameters of this electric vibrator in the resonance state is finished by MATLAB, and finally its optimal structural parameters are decided while it produces' the larger amplitude with the smaller electromagnetic force. This presents' an effective method of the mechanical structural design of the electromagnetic vibrator in the electromechanical resonance state.
