摘要
利用ANSYS的APDL语言对冲击式粉碎机的主要结构进行参数化建模,并利用模态分析技术很好地解决了结构刚度设计与材质使用等问题。改进后的结构不仅刚度有较大幅度的提高,而且整机质量减轻约20%,对减少材料消耗、降低成本有重要的指导意义。
This paper builds the parameterized model for the main structure of the impact mill with APDL language from Ansys and solves the design of the structural stiffness, the usage of textures and so on by modal analysis. Besides, the improved structure has not only the stiffness strengthened greatly, but also the quantity of the whole mill lose weight by 20%, so that has an important significance for decreasing the consumption of materials and the cost.
