摘要 基于目前磁性物含量测定均采用湿式和电磁式测定仪中存在的问题,提出一种干式测试粉体磁性物含量的装置,该装置磁系采用永磁磁系,能够有效地杜绝能源浪费、制浆和脱水干燥等问题。笔者所介绍的磁系是通过矩形钕铁硼磁钢提供的高背景场强,结合锥形软铁聚磁介质产生的高梯度所形成的闭合磁系提供的高磁场分选区域,且通过调节装置对磁系的灵活调节,能够对粉体磁性物进行充分分选,准确地测试粉体磁性物的含量。试验结果表明:整套测试装置简单、灵活、高效,为粉体磁性物含量测试提供了一种简易的分选装置和方法。 Based on the problems that exist in the current testing device for magnetic powder content, such as the wet and electromagnetic models, a new testing device for dry magnetic powder is introduced in this article. The magnetie field system with permanent magnet can effectively solve the energy waste, pulping, dehydration and other problems. The high field strength provided by the rectangular magnet NdFeB, combined with the high gradient generated by tapered soft iron magnetic medium poly, can be shaped in a closed magnetic system. At the same time, the magnetic system will take on different position according to the changing equipment. In this way, the high gradient magnetic subspace will adequately select the magnetic powder. And the magnetic powder content should be screened accurately and effectively. The results indicate that the testing device is simple, flexible and efficient, also supplying a method and device for the testing of magnetic powder content.
