双台河口自然保护区的生物多样性及保护发展对策

BIODIVERSITY AND DEVELOPING STRATEGY OF SHUANTAIHEKOU NATURE RESERVE

本文在论述双台河口自然保护区生物多样性及现状的基础上，提出了“以生态学理论为指导，以保护为基础，以科技为先导，合理利用自然资源，发挥资源优势，发展经济，增强自身活力，使保护和发展步入良性循环”的总体发展战略。制定了生态发展对策：加强管理，维护湿地生态系统的完整性；保护有重要意义的野生物种；建立监测系统，掌握资源变化，预测变化趋势；加强国际合作和对外交流；寻求湿地保护与利用协调发展的道路。

Biodiversity of Shuangtaihekou National Nature Reserve and overall condition was described in this paper. The guideline of its integration development is stated. Under the supervision of ecology theory,based on conservation,pay attention to reasonable utilization of resources.Taking advantage of abundant resource,develop economy to input vigor into good tendency of combination of conservation and development.Ecology construction strategy was also established. First,strengthen management to maintain integrity of wetland. Second, conserve wildlife species of high significance. Third,build monitoring system to trace resource change and to forecast.Fourth,encourage international cooperation and exchange.Fifth,strive for harmonious development of wetland conservation and utilization.
