摘要
对HRB400(Nb)钢筋出现无屈服强度和延伸率低的原因进行了研究,结果表明钢中贝氏体含量较高是导致其出现无屈服强度现象的主要原因,而C、Mn含量同时偏高、冷却速度快又是贝氏体形成的主要原因。通过对C、Mn含量以及冷却速度的控制,HRB400(Nb)无屈服强度现象得到改善。
Reasons of non-yield and lower elongation of HRB400(Nb) steel bar were studied.The results showed that the main reason was high content of bainite in steel,high content of C and Mn and rapid cooling rate were main reasons for formation of bainite.Non-yield of HRB400(Nb) was improved by controlling content of C and Mn and cooling rate.
