摘要
对在火焰切割钢板过程中形成的裂纹进行了断口分析,并通过对火焰切割失效面和完好面进行的金相、显微维氏硬度等对比试验探讨研究了火焰切割失效的原因。结果表明,失效面与完好面表层金相组织、显微硬度均存在较大差别,失效切割面的切割温度过高以致超过基体熔点是导致裂纹产生的原因。
Fracture surface was analyzed for cracks which were produced during the flame cutting,and several experiments for comparison between the failure and undamaged cutting surface were done to find the reason for the failure of cutting.As a result,there was big difference between the failure and undamaged flame cutting surface,such as metallic structures and micro-hardness on surface zone,and furthermore,white eutectic phase was observed on the failure flame cutting surface.In the sum,it was concluded that the cutting temperature which was more than steel plate melting was the reason for the flame cutting fails.
