磁共振弥散张量成像和纤维束示踪技术及其在脑肿瘤诊治中的应用

摘要 磁共振弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)的概念是由Basser等在二十世纪九十年代中期提出的,作为功能磁共振成像的一个重要组成部分,DTI成为近年来在弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)基础上迅速发展起来的新的核磁成像技术。它利用水分子弥散在不均质组织中具有各向异性的特性,通过改变弥散敏感梯度方向来测得体素内水分子在各个方向上的弥散强度,
