目的探讨有晶状体眼前房型人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视的安全性、有效性、准确性、稳定性。方法在高于-10.0 D的高度近视患者中,植入Verisyse人工晶状体,术后2 h、1 d、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月进行随访,观察术前术后的视力、屈光度变化、并发症等。结果全部病例均成功植入人工晶状体。安全性:术后6个月裸眼视力(UCVA)≥术前最佳框架矫正视力(BSCVA)者占81.67%。有效性:术后6个月UCVA≥0.5者占88.33%,UCVA≥1.0者占28.33%,等效球镜度(SE)=(-0.71±0.95)D。准确性:术后6个月随访与预期矫正值≤0.5 D者占58.33%,与预期矫正值≤1.0者占83.33%。稳定性:术后1周、1个月、6个月屈光度变化无明显差异。结论有晶状体眼虹膜固定型人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视预测性好,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the safety, efficacy, predictability and stability of anterior chamber phakic intraocular lens for the correction of high myopia. Methods Routine postoperative examinations including VA, refraction and complications were made at the second hour, the 1st day, the 1st week, the 1st month, the 3rd month and the sixth month after the implantation of Verisyse IOL. Results All of eyes were implanted successfully. Safety： 81.67% eyes 6m postoperative UCVA better than preoperative BSCVA. Efficacy ： At 6 month follow-up, 83.33% eyes had UCVA of ≥0.5, 28.33% had UCVA of ≥1.0,SE = -0.71D ±0.95 D. Predictability：In this group, 58.33% of eyes were within ＋/- 0.5 D of the intended correction, 83.33% of eyes were within ＋ / - 1.0 D of the intended correction. Stability： The refractive effect was stable after surgery. Conclusion The implantation of anterior iris-fixated intraocular lens treated high myo- pia safely, effectively, predictably and stably.
