玻璃体手术治疗晶状体脱位疗效观察

目的分析晶状体脱位的手术时机和方法。方法 56例(57只眼)晶状体脱位进行玻璃体晶状体切除术,均采用三通道睫状体平坦部入口。结果术后视力提高43只眼,视力不变8只眼,视力下降5只眼;手术并发症:前房及玻璃体积血4只眼,高眼压2只眼,视网膜脱离5只眼。结论玻璃体晶状体切除术是晶状体脱位有效可靠的治疗方法 。

Objective Analyse lens body dislocation surgical operation opportunity and method. Methods Lens body dislocation of 56 examples carries on the body of len of vitreous body and excises art , adopt three ways of ciliary body smooth entrances. Results Eyesight improves 43 examples after art , eyesight dose not turn into 8 examples , eyesight drops 5 examples ; surgical operation complication ; 4 examples of blood of the anterior chamber and viterons body, high eyes press 2 examples , the retina breaks away from 5 examples. Conclusion It is that lens dislocation is effectual and reliable that the body of lens of vitreous body excises art.
