Objective: To explore the relationship between sleep quality and psychological status in general anxiety disorder patients. Methods: Sixty general anxiety disorder patients were investigated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inquiry(PSQI) and SCL-90 scale, and data recorded were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 statistical software. Results: Fifty-five people of the subjects had dyssomnias (91.66%), and the incidence range of the reconstituents that ≥2 was 50% -91.66%. The top 3 categories were day-time dysfunction, sleep quality, and sleep efficiency. Scores of the nine factors in scl-90 were higher than the domestic norm. The individual index scores and total scores of PSQI positively correlated with those of SCL-90 (r 〉 0.20) significantly, but most of the correlations were riot close (r 〈 0. 5 ). Conclusion : Sleep quality of general anxiety disorder patients positively correlated with SCL-90 scores.
