不同棉花品种苗期低钾胁迫响应研究 被引量:14

摘要 为探明不同棉花品种苗期耐低钾胁迫差异,在液培条件下,对12个棉花品种进行了钾营养高效筛选研究。结果表明,不同棉花品种苗期耐低钾能力不同,泗阳328、金106、金农棉3号、隆杂棉2号为钾高效品种,具有钾积累能力强、干物质积累多、钾利用指数高等特点;而湘杂棉7号、金102、隆杂棉1号、湘农棉8号与此相反。前者叶绿素含量均高于后者,说明钾高效棉花品种具有较强向地上部转运钾的能力,从而能维持棉株叶片叶绿体的生理功能;随着钾浓度下降,钾高效品种丙二醛含量低于低效品种,表明钾高效品种自身膜系统稳定性较好,在遭遇低钾胁迫时其抗逆性较强。 In order to verify the difference of low potassium stress on different cotton varieties, hydroponic culturing experiment was conducted to study screening of the potassium high efficiency among 12 cotton varieties. The results indicated that there were great difference among cotton varieties in the low potassium ability, siyang 328, jin 106, jinnongmian 3, longzamian 2 had stronger absorption ability, higher dry matter accumulation, and higher K utilization index in low K level which was contrary to xiangzamian 7, jin 102, longzamian 1, xiangnongmian 8. Chlorophyll content of potassium high-effect varieties was higher than low effect varieties, indicated that the potassium high-effect varieties had the ability transporting potassium comparatively by forces to the ground part, could maintain the cotton blade chloroplast physiological functions. With the fact that potassium concentration come down, MDA content of potassium high-effect varieties were lower than the low effect varieties, this oneself film system stability explaining the potassium high-effect varieties were fairly good, inverse were stronger in encountering low potassium coercing time to resist.
