摘要
报春花属植物大多喜冷凉环境,高温成为限制报春花属植物人工栽培的关键因子之一。为研究报春属植物对高温的响应机制,筛选出能反映报春花属植物耐热性差异的生理指标及耐热性强的种质,试验测定了灰岩皱叶报春、滇北球花报春、鄂报春、黄花九轮草、小报春及岩生报春6种报春花在计42℃热高害温指胁数迫。下结不果同表时明间:热的害叶指绿数素、含电量导、率电、导丙率二、醛丙含二量醛、含游量离、脯游氨离酸脯及氨可酸溶及性可蛋溶白性含蛋量白均的能含作量为,并评统价报春花属植物耐热性的生理指标;综合分析各指标反映出的不同种报春花耐热性的差异,灰岩皱叶报春和小报春的耐热性较强,鄂报春、岩生报春及黄花九轮草的耐热性中等,滇北球花报春的耐热性较差。
As most plants in Primula favorating in cold environment, high-temperature became a key factor in introducing as a cultivated plant. To study the response mechanism of Primula to high temperature, and select some Physiological indexes wnich would be considered as the system of heat-resistance for the primula and higher heat-resistance germplasm, the heat injury index, chlorophyll content, conductivity and MDA content, free proline and soluble protein content were measured of six primula under the different time in 42~C high temperature stress. The result showed that: the heat injury index, conductivity and MDA content, free proline and soluble protein content were all would be considered as the system of heat-resistance for the primula, through the differences in heat resistance of the different kinds of Primula under the comprehensive analysis of the indexes, Primula ~orrestii and P. malacoides franch had higher heat-resistance, P. obconica, e. veris, P. saxatilis had ordinary heat-resistance, P.denticulatessp.sinodenticulata had lower heat-resistance.
