摘要 目的鼻腔鼻窦疾病会影响中学生的学习成绩,但对血液及记忆商(memory quotient,MQ)的影响尚未明确,文中探讨鼻腔鼻窦疾病对中学生血液红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)和MQ的影响。方法2006年7月至2008年8月,将86例在我科就诊及体检的在校中学生分为鼻腔鼻窦疾病组(n=46)和对照组(即体检正常组,n=40),常规采静脉血,检测血液RBC计数、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HB)、红细胞比积(R比积)、红细胞均积(R均积)等8项指标,并进行比较;采用临床记忆量表进行MQ的测试。结果鼻腔鼻窦疾病组的RBC、HB、R比积均分别显著高于对照组(P<0.01);鼻腔鼻窦疾病组的MQ显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论鼻腔鼻窦疾病对中学生的血液RBC和MQ有影响。 Objective Nasal cavity and paranasal sinus diseases affect the learning performance of high school students, but their influence on blood and memory was not clear. This study was to investigate the impact of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus diseases on the red blood cells (RBC) and memory quotient of high school students. Methods We included in this study 46 high school students with nasal cavity and paranasal sinus diseases (Group A) and another 40 without nasal diseases as controls (Group B). The laboratory results of RBC count, hemoglobin, hematoerit and other 5 parameters were analyzed, and the memory quotients were com- pared between the two groups using Clinical Memory Scale (CMS). Results The mean values of RBC count, RH and Hct were markedly higher, while the MQ obviously lower in Group A than in B, both with statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nasal cavity and paranasal sinus diseases affect the red blood cells and memory quotient of high school students.
