摘要
针对以往在护理操作技术考核中忽略非临床科护士的现象,文中通过对15个非临床科室227名护士操作技术的考核进行总结,并对非临床科护理岗位训练与操作技术考核提出若干建议,为护理部制订符合岗位特点的培训方式提供依据,以全面提升护理质量。
The tests for1non-clinical nurses are always ignored in nursing tests. This study was undertaken to the nursing test on 277 nurses from 15 non-clinical departments. Advices on nursing training and tests will be summarized in this article. This study provides evidence for nurse in-charge to modify the training style, which is valuable for the improvement of nursing quality.
