摘要
通过改变固化剂的加入量研究了磷酸盐粘结剂用氧化镁固化剂的性能。结果表明,随着氧化镁固化剂加入量的提高,脱模时间和可使用时间均减少;随着存放时间的增加,试样的强度逐渐建立,最高值出现在16~20h,然后又有所降低;无论氧化镁固化剂加入量多少都具有很小的残留强度和发气量。
Curing properties of magnesia hardener for phosphate binder were investigated by varying the magnesia addition. The results indicate that with increasing in magnesia addition, the stripping time and working time are reduced. The strength of the samples is firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of storage time, where the maximum value is observed at 18~20 h. The low residual strength and gas evolution are independent of the magnesia addition.
