茅坪溪防护大坝沥青混凝土试验

摘要 茅坪溪防护大坝心墙高94m,为一级建筑物。在正式施工前进行了大量室内和现场试验,以便选择合理的配合比和制定一套完整的施—工艺,用以指导施工。所用沥青为克拉玛依石化总厂生产的水工沥青,矿料为石灰岩经破碎、筛分获得,粗骨料粒径为2.5~20mm,细骨料粒径为0.074~2.5mm,填充料粒径<0.074mm。推荐施工配合比为r=0.40,B=6.2%,P=12%,掺50%天然砂,使用1.5t振动碾时最佳碾压温度控制在140~150℃。沥青混合料的摊铺厚度为25cm,用1.5t碾振压8遍、静压2遍,可满足要求。 The Maopingxi embandment dam with an asphaltic concrete core is the important part of the Three Groges Project ,The asphaltic concrete has higher sensitivity in its properties,The gradation of th mimeral material ,conternt of asphalt and temperature in asphatic concrete during theconstruction of asphaltic concrete haver high impacts on the key prduction procedures should be well performed in order to ensure the quality control over the key prduction procedures shoukd be well performed in order to ensurer the stability and reliability of the peoperties of asphaltic concrete,The non -destructive inspection isconsidered as the major means to test the quality of the asphaltic concrete in -sitr placed.
