Quality Control and Tests in Asphaltic Concrete Construction

茅坪溪防护大坝心墙高94m，为一级建筑物。在正式施工前进行了大量室内和现场试验，以便选择合理的配合比和制定一套完整的施—工艺，用以指导施工。所用沥青为克拉玛依石化总厂生产的水工沥青，矿料为石灰岩经破碎、筛分获得，粗骨料粒径为2．5～20mm，细骨料粒径为0．074～2．5mm，填充料粒径＜0．074mm。推荐施工配合比为r＝0．40，B＝6．2％，P＝12％，掺50％天然砂，使用1．5t振动碾时最佳碾压温度控制在140～150℃。沥青混合料的摊铺厚度为25cm，用1．5t碾振压8遍、静压2遍，可满足要求。
