摘要
室内试验表明,聚合物溶液可以提高采收率、降低残余油饱和度的原因,是聚合物溶液的黏弹性改变了聚合物在多孔介质中的微观流变,聚合物黏弹性的大小直接影响驱油效率的高低。为了最大限度地提高黏弹性聚合物溶液的驱油效率,有必要对影响聚合物黏弹性大小的因素进行探讨与分析。主要开展了如下工作:通过理论分析和仪器检测等方法,系统地研究聚合物溶液的流变性,并根据聚合物流变性研究相对分子质量、浓度、剪切速率和角频率对聚合物溶液黏弹特性的影响。试验结果表明:聚合物溶液具有黏弹性,聚合物的相对分子质量越大、浓度越高、配制水的矿化度越低、剪切速率越低,则聚合物溶液的黏弹性越大;并且随着相对分子质量和浓度的增加,弹性效应表现越来越强,高浓度聚合物弹性效应要高于黏性效应。正确评价聚合物溶液的黏弹性有助于认识聚合物驱油规律。
The reason that polymer solution makes recovery efficiency enhanced and makes residual oil saturation decreased was known through laboratory changes experiments.Viscoelastic bahvior of the polymer solution microscopic rheology of the polymer in porous media and displacement efficiency.In order to enhance the displacement efficiency of the viscoelastic polymer solution at most,it is necessary for discussion and analysis on the influencing factors of the viscoelastic behavior for the polymer.Through theoretical analysis and testing by instrument,the rhelogical property of the polymer solution was researched systematically.Based on that,the effect of molecular weight,concentration ,rate of shear and angle frequency on the property was researched.The results present that the polymer solution has the viscoelastic behavior.More molecular weight and concentration of the polymer and lower salinity and rate of shear of the prepared water bring stronger viscoelastic behavior.The viscoelastic effect is more along with the increase of the molecular weight.Elastic effect of the high-concentration polymer is more obvious than viscosity effect.Accuracy evaluation on the viscoelastic behavior of the polymer solution helps to know the oil displacement rule of the polymer.
