异位妊娠破裂致内出血患者围术期的护理探讨

Caused by internal bleeding in patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancy Perioperative Nursing

目的：研究探讨异住妊娠破裂并失血性休克患者围术期的抢救和护理。方法：以我院收治的76例异位妊娠患者（其中破裂合并失血性休克患者11例）的临床资料为研究对象，并做回顾性分析。结果：76例均治愈出院，随访76例，效果良好。结论：异位妊娠破裂并失血性休克的患者，起病急且迅速加重，常危及生命。准确诊断，从速手术，精心护理是提高抢救成功率的关键。

Objective：Study was to investigate ruptured ectopic pregnancy and hemorrhagic shock in patients with perioperative rescue and care. Methods：In my hospital admitted 76 cases of ectopic pregnancy （where rupture in patients with hemorrhagic shock in 11 cases） and clinical data for the study and were analyzed retrospectively. Results：76 cases were cured and discharged, followup of 76 patients with good effect. Conclusion ： Ruptured ectopic pregnancy and hemorrhagic shock in patients with acute onset and rapidly increasing, and often life-threatening. Accurate diagnosis as soon as possible surgery, intensive care is to improve the success rate of rescue key.
