调脊通督针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的：观察调脊通督针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将68例患者按入院先后顺序用随机数字表法分治疗组和对照组各34例，治疗组用调脊通督针法，对照组用常规针刺法，6天1疗程，2疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组的疗效比较无差异（P〉0．05），但治疗组和对照组取得显效时间比较，两者有显著差异（P〈0．05），治疗组取得显效时间要短于对照组。结论：调脊通督针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著且有一定优势，值得临床推广。

Objective： Observes adjusts the keel to pass supervises the curative effect which the acupuncture treatment arteria vertebralis cervical vertebra gets sick. Methods：Divides successively 68 example patients according to in hospital order with the stochastic tables law the treatment group and control group each 34 examples, the treatment group with moves the keel to pass supervises the acupuncture, the control group with the conventional acupuncture law, 6 day of 1 treatment course, after 2 treatment courses, observes the curative effect. Results：Treats the group and control group＇s curative effect comparison does not have the difference （P〉0.05）, but the treatment group and the control group obtains the appearance time comparison, both have the remarkable difference （P〈0.05） ,the treatment group obtains the appearance time to short in the control group. Conclusion： Adjusts the keel to pass supervises the acupuncture treatment arteria vertebralis cervical vertebra sickness curative effect to be remarkable, and has certain superiority, is worth the clinical promotion.
