浅谈儿科输液过程中注意事项及护理体会

目的：为了最大限度的减少小儿静脉输液护理缺陷。方法：改进输液区设置，改善输液环境，设置合理的操作流程，加强查对、巡视、责任心意识，加强护士的培训。结果：2009年1月-2009年12月除1例小差错外无一例医疗事故及纠纷的发生。结论：本方法不但能减少患儿输液的护理缺陷，而且能提高穿刺水平和患者家长的满意度。

Objective：For reduced young child venous transfusion nursing flaw maximum limit. Methods： Improves the infusion area establishment, the improvement infusion environment, establishes the reasonable operation flow, strengthens the verification, to patrol, the sense of responsibility consciousness, strengthens nurse＇s training. Results： In January, 2009-2009 year in December does not have an example incident of malpractice and dispute＇s occurrence besides 1 example small mistake. Conelusion：Not only this method can reduce the nursing flaw which the baby infuses, moreover can raise the puncture level and the patient guardian＇s degree of satisfaction.
