Specialties' Role in Promoting the Disciplinary Construction

目的通过发挥特色专科的作用,带动和促进学科建设的整体发展。方法以"着眼需求,人才兴科,技术强科"为发展思路,处理好军事学科与临床学科、重点学科与一般学科之间的关系。结果赢得了"名医名家与科研成果齐出、重点学科与其他学科共生"的良好局面。结论利用重点学科的发展经验,牵引其它学科技术进步是医院学科建设整体发展的有效途径。

Objective To promote the development of disciplinary construction as a whole through the con- struction of specialties. Methods To hold the development ideas as focusing on the demands, flourishing the dis- cipline based on talented persons, enhancing the discipline based on technology; To handle the relationship be- tween military discipline and clinical discipline, key subjects and general discipline properly. Results A good situation of emerging both famous experts and doctors and scientific research achievements, as well as coexisting of key discipline and general discipline was formed. Conclusions It is an effective way for the overall development of hospital disciplines using the experience of key disciplines and other subject technological advances.
