Prevention of Systemic Errors during Building up Anesthesia Security System

分析了造成医疗差错的主要原因:不恰当的体系、观念和程序,医务工作中众多复杂分散的环节,高压、疲劳的环境下易于犯错误并且不易及时发现纠正。提出必须从体制和制度上减少差错的发生,建立更加安全的医疗体系提高麻醉安全性。

Majority of medical errors are caused by faulty systems, concept and processes. In addition, er- rors also are raised from the decentralized and fragmented nature of the health care delivery system or ＂nonsys- tern,＂, particularly under stressful conditions that led people to make mistakes or fail to prevent them. So it is im- portant to design a safety systems at all levels to prevent mistakes and to enhance the anesthesia security.
