军队医院战备抽组后空缺人员补充方法

Methods of Adding Local Medical Workers to the Military Hospital while Military Workers Drawn off for Combat Readiness

目的研究地方卫生力量转换为卫勤保障力量的可行性和军队医院战备抽组后人员空缺的补充方法。方法在市卫生局的组织下,地方8所二级甲等以上医院按结构比例抽调120人,补充军队医院空缺人数,并承担军队医院相关科室医疗工作。结果地方医师承担军队医院10个临床科室的工作,试运行7天,收治新入院患者270人,出院241人,手术106人。结论地方医师对军队医院战备抽组后空缺人员补充,是军队医院继续完成基地医院保障任务的首选方法。

Objective To study the feasibility of transforming local medical powers to the military medical support powers and the methods of adding local medical workers to the military hospital after being drawn off for combat readiness and to ensure that the military hospital can complete the task of medical support after being drawn off for combat readiness. Methods Under the arrangement of city health administration, 120 medical workers with the appropriate proportion of professional title from the local hospitals of grade two or grade three were added to the military hospitals and took charge of the medical work in related departments. Results 270 patients were hospital- ized, 241patients were discharged and 106 patients were operated during the shakedown period of 7 days, during which 10 clinical departments were taken charge of by local medical workers. Conclusions Local medical workers is the first choice to add task of medical support after being drawn off for combat readiness.
