2009年济宁市城区托幼机构手足口病疫情分析

Analysis of the Epidemic of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Urban Kindergarten of Ji'ning City in 2009

[目的]了解手足口病在托幼机构的发病特点及流行规律。[方法]对2009年2～8月济宁市城区部分托幼机构手足口病发病和聚集性病例调查情况进行分析。[结果]2009年2～8月，济宁市城区有48所幼儿园报告手足口病合计223例，其中重症病例占9．87％，发病率为1．25％，无死亡病例。25所出现聚集性病例合计119例，其中重症病例占12．61%。119例聚集性病例中，4～7月发病的占89．08％。发病率男孩、女孩分别为1．79％、0．91％（P〈0．01），2～6岁分别为2．40％、2．86％、1．10％、0．63％、0．19％（P〈0．05）。[结论]2009年济宁市城区托幼机构手足口病发病率较高．并在部分幼儿园出现聚集性病例。

[Objective]To understand the characteristic and epidemic rule of hand-foot- mouth disease（HFMD） in kindergartens. [Methods]Data of the epidemic of hand-foot- mouth disease and the clustered cases in kindergartens from February to August 2009 in urban district of Ji＇ning city were analyzed. [Results]223 cases of HFMD were reported from 48 kindergartens from February to August 2009 in urban district of Ji＇ning city,of which severe cases accounted for 9.87 %, incidence rate was 1.25 %. no death case was reported. 119 clustered cases were reported in 25 kindergartens,in which severe cases accounted for 12.61 %. Of the 119 clustered cases,89. 08% of them were reported from April to July. The morbidity was 1.79 % and 0.91 % in boys and girls respectively （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the morbidity was 2.40 % 2.86 %,1.10 %. 0.63% and 0.19% in children aged from 2-6 years old respectively （ P % 0.05）. [Conclusion]The morbidity of HFMD was higher in kindergartens in urban district of Ji＇ning in 2009 and clustered cases were reported in kindergartens.
