摘要
乌兰察布市生态环境脆弱,经济发展与生态环境严重失调,贫困与环境恶化不断加剧,为了寻求乌兰察布市经济与生态环境协调发展的途径,应用系统动力学方法对二者间的作用机制进行仿真模拟。结果表明:人口、经济的增长速度、产业结构、环保与科技研发投资比例的大小通过系统内各要素间的相互作用、相互反馈,来影响资源的短缺程度和生态环境的质量;资源的种类、数量,环境的质量和承载力决定了该区的产业结构、人口规模以及经济发展的规模与速度。
Ulanqab city is one of the fragile eco -environment zones in China. The system of economic development and eco - environment is unbalance. Poverty and environment degradation are more serious. In order to seek an approach to make the economic development assorted with the eco -environment in Ulanqab city,we analyzed and simulated the action mechanism of economic development and eeo - environment by system dynamics. The growth rate of population and economic, industrial structure, the investment ratio of environment protection and science and technology R & D were affected the degree of resources shortage and the eco - environment quality through the interaction and feedback of each factor in the system. The variety and quantity of resources, the quality and the bearing capacity of the environment were decided the industrial structure, population size and the scale and speed of economic development in the region.
