In the face of urban tourism heat,developing urban tourism is the first choice for many provinces and cities.To analyze SWOT of urban tourism correctly is helpful to the success of urban tourism.This article takes Qinhuangdao as an example,analyzes SWOT of urban tourism of Qinhuangdao and advances the concrete measures to develop urban tourism in Qinhuangdao.The paper analyzes SWOT of Qinhuangdao in developing urban tourism from the perspective of tourism resources,geographical location,urban economic strength and location condition.Then,according to the current situation of urban tourism of Qinhuangdao,this paper finally puts forward the concrete measures to develop urban tourism in Qinhuangdao like urban brand,industry structure,urban tourism products,etc.
