摘要
2008年,美国爆发了严重的金融危机,引发了更多的劳资矛盾和劳资冲突,对本来正处于劳资冲突高发期的我国劳动关系无疑是雪上加霜。减少劳资矛盾、缓和劳资冲突,保障社会安全,为经济社会发展提供稳定的环境,已成金融危机背景下,党、政府和企业面临的重要而紧迫的任务。
In 2008,the United States broke out in severe financial crisis.Led to more labor-management conflicts and labor conflict,otherwise is in a period of high incidence of industrial conflict in labor relations in our country without condensate from bad to worse.Reduce the labor-management conflicts,ease labor conflicts,to protect social security,for economic and social development to provide a stable environment,has become a financial crisis in the context of the party,government and enterprises are faced with an important and urgent task.
