Dynamic capability（DC）is a new strategic analysis framework.One fundamental problem facing researchers and managers is to understand DC,that is to say,an operational competence which recinfugure resources for the adaptation of violating environment.DC is regarded as an Abstract concept.Three key components of DC are Absorptive capability,coordination and integration capability and innovation ability.
