集群式民营企业可持续发展的政府行为研究——以武汉城市圈为例

Cluster-type Private Enterprises for Sustainable Development of Government Behavior——For Example in Wuhan City Circle

近年,武汉城市圈集群式民营企业得到了长足发展。但同发达地区相比,仍存在较大差距。通过抽样调查发现,武汉城市圈集群式民营企业需要政府提供技术创新与资金扶持,需要政府营造良好的政策环境与市场环境。研究表明,技术创新能力、政府扶持力度、市场竞争秩序等与企业可持续发展能力存在着一定的正向相关性。推进武汉城市圈体制机制创新,加大政府技术扶持,改善融资环境等是政府促进武汉城市圈集群式民营企业实现可持续发展的根本对策。

In recent years,the Wuhan city circle cluster-type private enterprises has been leaps and bounds.However,in comparison with the developed areas,there are still a wide gap.Through the sample survey found that the Wuhan city circle cluster-type private enterprises need the government to provide technical innovation and financial support,need the government to create a favorable policy environment and market environment.Studies have shown that technological innovation,government support efforts such as the market competition order and the sustainable development of enterprises,there was some positive correlation.Of Wuhan City Circle institutional mechanisms to promote innovation,increase government technical support,to improve the financing environment,the Government of Wuhan City Circle to promote the cluster-type private enterprises to achieve sustainable development of the fundamental response.
