摘要 将企业知识团队冲突及其管理置于时间框架效应下,可能会使知识冲突产生不同结果,知识冲突影响团队绩效的过程也可能会在时间框架效应作用下发生变化而呈现不同的绩效水平。 Knowledge of the conflict and its management team for the time frame under the effect implies the existence of time-frame effects,may produce different results would knowledge of the conflict,knowledge of the process of conflict-affected team performance may also be effects in the time frame under the action of changes and showed a different level of performance.
