摘要
研究了基于PID算法的恒电位仪在船体阴极保护系统中的应用。讨论了增量型PID算法在系统中应用的优势。根据实际应用的需要,控制程序实现了从自动控制到手动控制切换的平滑无扰功能。通过现场总线CAN实时传输船体数据到位于机舱的复式报警面板,能记录一年的船体数据和报警信息存档备份。经过工厂的模拟实验和实船的航行实验记录的数据证明,该套系统能够很大程度上保护船体不受腐蚀。
This paper introduces the application of constant potential instrument based on PID algorithm in hull cathodic protection system,and discusses the advantages of incremental PID algorithm.According to the actual application demand,the control program achieves a non-interference smooth function switch from automatic control to manual control.Hull data on CAN bus is transferred in real-time to the Repeater panel in the cabin,which can store one year's hull potential data and alarm information for backup archive.Data record from factory simulation and navigation test proves that the system can protect the hull against corrosion in large.
